How it works...

Process. We want you to be excited by the prospect of a new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom, but we understand there is a lot to consider. Our experienced and friendly team are on hand to guide you through the steps, for an enjoyable and hassle-free experience.

Book an appointment. Take advantage of our design expertise by booking an appointment at our showroom with one of our skilled design team. We generally work on projects due to commence in the next 3-4 months.

Give it Time. Think about the process from design to installation as an exciting journey. Give each step time and consideration to achieve the results you're looking for. 

Budget. Giving us an idea of what you want to spend can help us advise you on the best ranges to maximise your investment. We work on projects across a range of budgets. 

Talk to us. Tell us what you like about your existing space and what you want from something new. The more information you can give us about your lifestyle and requirements, the easier the design process is.

The Devil is in the Detail. Allowing our trusted design team to take measurements at your home ensures our plans our 100% accurate. We can get more of a feel for how a new design will transform your space too.

Face-to-Face. We always invite our customers to the showroom to discuss design proposals. Talk to us openly about how you think the design works and if it suits your lifestyle - this is a process and we can make amends.  

Happy? Once you're happy with the proposed new look and layout, approve the vision and cost and pay your deposit. We’ll get on with ordering your preferences and plan for installation.

Don't Forget. A great design is all well and good, but won't meet your expectations if it's not expertly fitted. You can rely on our experienced installations team to complete your project to the highest standard, with as little disruption as possible.
